Australian Pole Training Expo Workshop Levels

Please know this is only a guide and you do not have to be able to do all of the tricks listed below

Intermediate

In this level you will need to be able to do inverted pole moves, pole climbs combinations, spins and use different hand grips. For those who have completed the Beginner course and can confidently invert by themselves.

Cross knee release
Layback


Intermediate - Advanced

This level focuses on inversions, so be prepared to go upside down. You should be confident with pole sits, spins, climbs and basic inverts.

Down splits
Ball drops
Inverted V
Remi sit
Superman

Aerial inverts
Regular grip handspring




Advanced

In our Advanced level you should be able to do all of the above tricks.
